1 lb ground beef
1 package taco seasoning
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
2/3 cup water
1/2 can cheddar cheese soup
1/4 cup whole milk

Instructions
Step 1:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef for about 5 minutes or until browned.
Step 2:
Add the taco seasoning and water, then simmer on low heat until the water is absorbed.
Step 3:
In a baking dish, layer Fritos at the bottom, then place the cooked taco-seasoned beef on top.
Step 4:
In a saucepan, heat whole milk and cheddar cheese soup over low heat for about 2 minutes. Pour this creamy mixture over the beef layer.
Step 5:
Sprinkle shredded mozzarella over the top and place the dish in a preheated oven at 350°F. Bake for 10-15 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Step 6:
Remove from the oven, slice the delicious walking taco bake, and serve with a refreshing green salad on the side.
