Ingredients
4 large flour tortillas
1 pound ground beef
6 slices of bacon, cooked until crisp and crumbled
1 cup cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup onions, finely chopped
1/4 cup ketchup
2 tablespoons mustard
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and black pepper, to taste
Cooking spray or oil, for greasing
Instructions
Prepare the Ground Beef: Heat a skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned, crumbling it with a spoon.
Drain excess fat. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Add the chopped onions and cook for an additional 2 minutes. Remove from heat.
Ready the Tortillas: Lay the tortillas flat on a clean surface. Spread a thin layer of ketchup and mustard over each tortilla.
Assemble: Divide the seasoned beef evenly onto the tortillas. Top with cheddar cheese, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Roll and Cook: Roll up each tortilla tightly and slice into 1-inch pieces, securing with toothpicks if necessary.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and lightly grease with cooking spray or oil. Place the roll-ups seam side down and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side until the cheese melts and the tortillas are golden brown.
Serve: Enjoy the roll-ups warm with extra ketchup and mustard on the side for dipping.
