HI, I’m Chloe!
A 17 year old with a passion for running, coffee, and all things having to do with good food. Over the past few years, I have fallen in love with cooking, baking, and creating a wide variety of recipes.
I did not always have a passion for heath and wellness. I went from eating fast food every day to obsessing over food, weight, and exercise. This unhealthy mindset led me to develop anorexia in the summer of 2018. After a few months, I knew it was time for a change.
Since then, I have developed my passion for living a healthy but balanced lifestyle, listening to my body, and and being kind to myself. I fuel my body with lots of whole foods and clean ingredients, but also with foods that make me happy and fuel my soul. It’s all about balance. I have also found a love for distance running and working out to feel good instead of look a certain way.
I am all for eating what you crave and eating what works for you. All foods are welcome on my plate! While normally I eat lots of whole foods and make healthier recipes, I always enjoy a good Chick-fil-A milkshake and fries… its all about balance.
