Ingredients
1.5 pounds ground beef
1 garlic clove, minced
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon Sazon Perfecta seasoning (or any all-purpose seasoning)
2 cups medium-size pasta shells
Instructions
Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the pasta shells and cook according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Ground Beef:
In a large skillet over medium heat, cook the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the ground beef to the skillet, breaking it up into small pieces as it cooks. Sauté until browned, about 6-8 minutes.
Season the Beef:
Once the beef is browned, drain excess fat from the skillet. Season the beef with Sazon Perfecta and black pepper, stirring to combine.
Combine Pasta and Beef:
Add the cooked pasta shells to the skillet with the seasoned ground beef. Toss everything together until the pasta is coated in the beef mixture.
Serve:
Serve hot, and garnish with Parmesan cheese or fresh parsley if desired. Enjoy!
Optional:
Add a sprinkle of crushed red pepper flakes for some heat, or serve with a side of garlic bread for a complete meal.
