Made with protein powder, Greek yogurt, maple syrup, peanut butter, and a few other ingredients, they are simple, healthy, and delicious.
Sweets are my favorite thing ever. I always get an intense afternoon sweet craving and these are perfect to satisfy it! Chocolate peanut butter cups were my favorite candy when I was younger. Cacao powder is an excellent superfood packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals. Maple syrup is a great refined sugar free sweetener. - 1 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup chocolate protein powder (use code CFOOD25 for 25% off)
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 2 tbsp almond flour
how to make peanut butter chocolate protein froyo cups
Mix together the Greek yogurt, protein powder, cacao powder, and maple syrup
in a separate bowl, mix the peanut butter with the almond flour
line a mini muffin tin with mini cupcake liners and spray them with an oil spray. add in a little of the greek yogurt mixture to the bottom, then add a little of the peanut butter mixture, then top with a little more of the Greek yogurt mixture
repeat until you are out the ingredients. it should make about 18 froyo cups
freeze for at least an hour, store in the freezer
*they get pretty hard so when you want to eat them, pull them out of the freezer and give them a few minutes to thaw before eating*
