Here are the simple and healthy ingredients in this creamy hummus pasta! The hummus I get is SUPER flavorful and strong so I didn’t need much seasoning, feel free to add more seasonings if necessary!
- 1 box cauliflower linguine (or 8-10 oz pasta of choice)
- 1/2 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup plain greek yogurt
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp minced garlic
- salt to taste
- 1/4 cup water
how to make creamy hummus pasta
start by making your pasta according to the box directions
while your pasta is cooking, make the sauce by mixing together the hummus, greek yogurt, lemon, pepper, paprika, garlic, salt, and water
once your pasta is done, strain it, and mix it with the sauce

- cauliflower linguine- you can use any kind of pasta you like!
- greek yogurt- replace with sour cream or a similar nondairy yogurt
- water- if you want it even creamier you can replace with milk
- optional addins- feel free to add in cheese, chicken, or any veggies you like
