- a box of chickpea pasta
- 1 1/4 cup plain greek yogurt
- 1 cup mozzarella
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1 1/2 tsp minced garlic
- 1 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 cup shredded or chopped chicken breast (pre cooked)
- 2 cups chopped broccoli
how to make the chicken broccoli chickpea pasta bake
Start by preheating the oven to 350 degrees
Then, cook your pasta on the stove according to the box directions
In a large bowl, mix together the greek yogurt, mozzarella, onion powder, minced garlic, salt, pepper, chicken broth, chicken, and broccoli
Strain the pasta and mix it into the Greek yogurt mixture
pour into a large glass pan, cover with tin foil and bake for 30 minutes (take off the tin foil after 20 minutes)
