I will forever be a breakfast person and these banana pancakes are one of my favorite breakfasts. This recipe is made with super simple ingredients and no refined sugar! Not to mention they are sooooooo moist, fluffy, and delicious!!
If you are looking for the perfect morning, put on your favorite music, make these pancakes, and take them back to bed because breakfast in bed on the weekend is a must. This recipe makes about 3 servings so it is perfect to eat with your friends, family, or you can freeze them to eat another time! Serve them up with some maple syrup and you’ve got something amazing.

This recipe is made with super simple and healthy ingredients that can very easily be substituted!
- 1 1/2 cup unbleached all purpose flour
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp baking powder
- 2 ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 tbsp melted butter
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 1/4 cup almond milk

start by mixing together the flour, cinnamon, salt, coconut sugar, and baking powder
then, mix in the mashed bananas, melted butter, vanilla, and almond milk
cook in a greased pan on medium heat
serve with maple syrup (or your favorite toppings) and enjoy!
